First, Shao Kaijian, Party Secretary of the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, provided a detailed introduction to the Nanhai District leadership's mechanism for assigning officials to oversee key business associations and chambers of commerce from other regions. This allowed participants to gain a clear understanding of how this mechanism operates and its significant importance.
Subsequently, enterprises from the Foshan Nanhai District Mechanical Equipment Industry Association presented their perspectives on corporate operations, technological innovation, and industry development. Drawing from practical experience, they offered numerous suggestions regarding industry advancement and policy support.
In response to issues raised by enterprises, the liaison task force—including District Party Secretary Gu Yaohui—actively engaged with businesses. While patiently explaining policies, they affirmed the critical role of industry associations in the current economic climate and encouraged them to continue taking proactive initiatives. The task force meticulously documented the concerns expressed by enterprises to facilitate follow-up and resolution.
Finally, both parties engaged in a free-flowing exchange, delving deeper into topics such as future industry trends and government-enterprise collaboration. The atmosphere was lively and enthusiastic. This visit and research effort has built a solid communication bridge between the government, the machinery and equipment industry association, and enterprises, helping to advance the further development of Nanhai District's machinery and equipment industry.
